We negotiate pay, engage with key decisionmakers to safeguard and improve and represent members interests on their behalf.
In 2017, we tackled pay inequality through a successful equal pay case. In 2023, through industrial action, we achieved a £1500 payment to staff and ended changes to the redundancy scheme.
