Prospect is the recognised union for all employees of Diamond. That means we have the right to negotiate on things like pay and other terms and conditions of service as well as support individual members. There is an active local committee and representatives you can speak to. We have a good record of effective consultation and negotiation with the company and reps covering health and safety, environment, equality and professional development. Prospect is the independent voice for Diamond staff.
