Prospect is one of the recognised unions at the National Gallery and we work hard to support our members.
We have a key role as part of the Joint Negotiation and Consultation Group, meeting quarterly to discuss with management any changes in Gallery policy that may impact on members and by extension all staff. This includes changes to terms and conditions of employees (including pay), health and safety, equality, diversity and inclusion, sustainability and any other workplace concerns.
